Registered Responsible Supplier  ·  EESS & ACMA  ·  Australia + New Zealand

Sell into Australia without setting up an Australian company.

AUPRO becomes your Responsible Supplier of record. The EESS and ACMA obligations sit with us, your product carries the RCM under our registration, and we move it into Australian retail — so you don't need a local entity, an ABN, or a compliance team here.

Every product gets its own folder. Regulators and retailers audit it — we keep it current.

[3–6 months]

Typical run from first product file to a compliant unit on sale — testing, registration and retail onboarding included.

One entity

Compliance, supplier of record and distribution under a single ABN, instead of three contracts and three parties to chase.

Every product

A maintained technical file, held for as long as the law requires and produced whenever a regulator or retailer asks.

The barrier

Australia won't put your product on a shelf without a supplier who lives here.

In-scope electrical and radiocommunications equipment has to be supplied by a registered Australian entity that holds the evidence and carries the liability. Most overseas brands don't have one. We are one.

01

We hold the registration

Your product is supplied under AUPRO's registration. No Australian entity to form, no ABN to apply for, no waiting to join a queue.

02

We carry the obligation

The declarations are signed by us, our name is on the record, and the regulator's correspondence comes to us rather than to you.

03

We keep it current

Products change and standards move. We reassess when either happens and keep the file accurate for as long as it has to be kept.

AUPRO is already all three. You attach your product to a supplier that exists, is registered, and answers when a retailer's compliance team calls.

Two sides of the same shelf.

For overseas brands

You have the product. You need a way in.

We become your Responsible Supplier of record — no local entity to form.
Gap analysis on the test reports you already hold, before you spend on retesting.
Declarations to ISO/IEC 17050-1 for EESS, and in the form the ACMA labelling notice requires.
Reassessment as standards move and your product changes.
For retail buyers

You need a supplier who won't become your problem.

Every line we present is compliance-cleared before it reaches your desk.
The full compliance folder, per SKU, on request — without a chase.
Stock held in our own Epping warehouse, with Amazon fulfilment for online volume.
Returns and warranty resolved here, under Australian Consumer Law.

Services

Two things, done properly.

Not advice you then have to act on. The work itself, and the responsibility that comes with it.

01

Regulatory compliance services

We establish what your product needs for the Australian and New Zealand market, arrange testing with accredited laboratories, and prepare every document required to place it on sale. You get a defined scope, a fixed price and a date — not a reading list.

02

Responsible Supplier representation

We act as your Responsible Supplier of record. Your product is supplied under our registration, the declarations are ours to sign, and the accountability stops with us rather than following you back offshore.

03

Ongoing compliance management

Registrations kept current, records maintained, and a reassessment whenever your product changes or the requirements move. Compliance is a state, not a certificate.

04

Wholesale distribution

Compliance-cleared product taken to Australian retail buyers, with the trading account, fulfilment, invoicing and warranty run behind it.

Distribution

Compliance is the door. Distribution is why you walked through it.

We take cleared product to Australian retail buyers, hold the trading account, and run the logistics behind it.

Retail placement

Range submissions with the compliance evidence buyers ask for attached from the start.

Fulfilment and logistics

Our own warehouse at the Willandra Business Hub in Epping, plus Amazon fulfilment for online volume.

Account management

Trading terms, purchase orders and invoicing, run from Melbourne in the retailer's time zone.

Returns and warranty

Australian Consumer Law obligations met locally, so a fault doesn't turn into a delisting.

How onboarding works

Four steps, and most of the work is ours.

STEP 01

Send the product file

Specification, photos, artwork and whatever test reports exist. No cost to look.

STEP 02

We scope it in writing

What's already sufficient, what needs retesting, what it costs and how long it takes.

STEP 03

We register and hold it

Registered under our supplier registration, RCM applied, declarations signed and filed.

STEP 04

It goes to market

Into the warehouse, in front of buyers, and onto a trading account we manage.

Typical timeline 4–6 weeks from file to first shipment
Why AUPRO

Our name is on it too.

When we act as your Responsible Supplier, the regulator's letter comes to us. That is why our read on your product is honest rather than agreeable.

One party, not four. Compliance consultant, importer of record, distributor and 3PL are usually four contracts and four people to chase. Here it is one.

Australian-owned and locally accountable. Melbourne-based, in the same country and time zone as your customer.

We say no. If a product can't be made compliant at a sensible cost, you hear it early — not after the container has sailed.

Send us one product and we'll tell you what it takes.

An initial assessment costs nothing — and usually saves the cost of a retest you didn't need.
