Welford is AUPRO's house brand for household electronics. We own the brand, set the specification, hold the compliance and carry the liability — so a retailer ranging Welford deals with one party for the product, the paperwork and the recall risk, not three.
Where we're starting, and why.
Both categories carry obligations heavy enough to keep casual importers out. That is precisely where a registered supplier has the advantage — and all of it is handled in-house before a unit lands.
Kitchen
Mains-connected benchtop appliances. Every line is registered, declared and documented under AUPRO's own registration before it reaches a buyer's desk.
AI-enabled cleaning robots
Robot vacuums and mops with mapping and object recognition. Connected devices carry obligations well beyond electrical safety, and we carry all of them.
Every Welford line ships compliant.
Registration, declarations and the technical file are AUPRO's responsibility, not the retailer's and not the factory's. Buyers get the evidence with the range pack rather than chasing it after a purchase order.
